About Us

Ethical Trade Services Africa Ltd is registered and incorporated in Kenya under the Companies Act (CAP 486) as a Limited Company. We deliver high quality and innovative ethical trade assessments, and consultancy services to leading local and international companies in a number of African countries. We also offer training tailored to specific client needs. Our training is delivered for a single site or with participants from a number of sites.

Our Mission

To contribute to the reduction of poverty in Africa by promoting and advancing sustainable businesses that enable creation of new and sustain existing employment opportunities within supply chains.

We do this by:

  • Supporting African producers and suppliers to understand and gain access to regional and international markets through training
  • Working with buying companies in their efforts to ensure their supply chains are free of social compliance risks through provision of ethical audit and consultancy services

We are committed to continual improvement of our quality management system by regularly monitoring and reviewing its implementation in line with our strategic plan.

ETSA  is committed to:

  • Improving customer satisfaction and reducing customer complaints to below 0% by implementing the customer complaints procedure.
  • Continually train our employees and consultants to enhance their skills, knowledge and competence on social compliance standards.
  • Timely customer communication and delivery of products and services as per the customer requirements and the service provision quality manuals.
  • Implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System that meets the expectation and needs of the relevant interested parties in line with Ethical Trade Services Africa Limited management review procedures.
